No two individuals react to fear, pain and grief in the same way. Now equipped with the wisdom of time and experience, I understand the impact of adopting different perspectives and how these attitudes allowed me to grow and transform over the years.

I have found that many people need tools to help clear the mud of fear, pain and stress from their glasses and appreciate how fortunate they really are for the many blessings in their lives. Many of them are stuck in the questions of why me, why now, what if, I should have, I could have, Why didn’t I, etc. Many individuals walk through life with the weight of a thousand regrets and heartaches on their shoulders.
